Steps for ENROLLING and COMPLETING driver education
  1. Choose a class from the lists to the left that works best for your schedule.
    1. You are allowed to miss class for legitimate reasons, you will have to make it up any missed classes in the next class session. This will NOT affect you getting your instruction permit, however you can not get your probationary license until all classes are made up.
    2.  You do not have to be 15 1/2 to take the class. It is best if you are about 15 or so, even though the law allows for 14 and 7 months.
  2. Fill out the "Class Registration" below to reserve a seat in the class
    1. You will get an "on-screen" confirmation when you hit "SUBMIT". We don't usually send out confirmation emails any more.
    2. You pay for the class on the first day by cash or check or via PayPal/VISA by clicking on the "PAY NOW" button on the left.
    3. We do not charge a deposit. You are welcome to change classes if you need. Just fill out a new registration if you want to change classes.
  3. Start and complete the classroom portion
    1. There are 30 hours of classroom, those are the dates listed below. Students who are 15 1/2 when they start class, can get their instruction permit after the first day of class.
    2. We provide the written test portion of the permit requirement.
  4. Start and complete the behind the wheel portion
    1. You will have 6 behind the wheel lessons, two hours each. You drive one hour then observe one hour at each lesson.
    2. You can start your BTW's once you obtain your instruction permit after turning 15 1/2.
    3. Many students take the class early (prior to 15 1/2) then get their permit later after the class is over.
    4. Student's are allowed to schedule one lesson at a time and can do a maximum of 2 lessons per week (state law).
    5. We schedule all lessons through are online scheduling system. It is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Lessons are normally 2-3 weeks out as students are encouraged to "do one lesson every 2-3 weeks until complete".
    6. You will receive a State Certificate of Completion after you complete all 30 hours of classroom and 6 BTW's. Students get this document at their last BTW.
