| Hartland and Waukesha BTW Scheduling |
| PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE! |
- KC's is now conducting classroom sessions at the Waukesha High Schools from 3-5pm starting! You will see some BTW lessons
picked up at 5pm from the Waukesha high schools. These lessons finish at KC's Waukesha at 7pm.
- * 2PM APPOINTMENTS: You can NOT take these times if you get out of school at 2:26, 2:36 or 2:45. These lessons are for students who have study hall, Harvey Philips or
Home school or other. We can pick you up at Your School right at 2pm, please indicate that in the comment line of your request.
- * 5PM APPOINTMENTS: You do NOT have to attend that High School to do a BTW from a 5pm High School pickup. That is just where the instructor is.
- * AFTER SCHOOL APPOINTMENTS: If you have a 3PM after school appointment we will pick you up at school. There are also 5pm high school pickups on days where class
is conducted at the High School. We will pick you up at the high school on those days.
- * Arrowhead - In the Mullet Parking Lot - You end at KC's Hartland @ 5pm
* Waukesha North - 3pm - Overflow parking lot (by the main entrance if it is raining), you end at KC's Waukesha @ 5pm
* Waukesha North - 5pm - Outside the main entrance at 5pm, you end at KC's Waukesha at 7pm.
* Waukesha South - 3pm - by the pool - You end at KC's Waukesha @ 5pm
* Waukesha South - 5pm - by the pool - You end at KC's Waukesha @ 7pm
* Waukesha West - 3pm - Outside the auditorium exit - You end at KC's Waukesha @ 5pm.
* Waukesha West - 5pm - Outside the main entrance at 5pm, you end at KC's Waukesha at 7pm
* Pewaukee - These can be 3pm Arrowhead KC's Hartland lessons (If you choose one of those dates listed and indicate in the "special instructions" box). We pick
you up at the main entrance to Pewaukee High School. You end at KC' Hartland 2 hours later. We may be late arriving as the instructor may be coming from Hartland.
* CMH - In front of the school @ 2:50- You end at KC's Waukesha @ 5pm*
- * ADVERSE WEATHER: We cancel behind the wheel lessons when the weather is severe. It is not worth the risk to the students, instructors or others to be on the roads.
- * LESSON FREQUENCY: Plan to do one lesson every 2 or 3 weeks until they are completed. DO NOT GET BEHIND. If you are behind on your lessons you are behind for your
road test.
- * SCHEDULE NEXT LESSON: Immediately after you complete a lesson, schedule the next.
- * ONE LESSON AT A TIME: Our scheduling system only allows you to schedule one lesson at a time. You must wait until you complete your lesson before you request
another appointment.
- * KC'S MAY CANCEL YOUR BTW: KC's may cancel BTW lessons for a variety of reasons. Things like adverse driving conditions, instructor illness, vehicle malfunctions or
other.
- * NO SHOWS, NO TEMPS OR LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS: If you don't show up or do not have your temps or cancel with short notice, we still MUST pay our instructor. As
a result you will have a fee due at your next lesson. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
