***SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT HARTLAND*** We have moved all of our classes in Hartland to the Arrowhead High School. You don't have to attend AHS to take our classes there. We are only renting space from them. All Hartland BTW's will be picked up and dropped off from Arrowhead Mullet Ice Center.
- ONLINE SCHEDULING SYSTEM is for students who took classroom at Waukesha High Schools and KC's Hartland only. If you took classroom in Oconomowoc or at LCL please call 262-560-4118 (Oconomowoc KC's).
- APPOINTMENTS ARE LISTED 30 DAYS OUT ONLY. Openings change frequently. You can choose ANY pickup location.
- HIGH SCHOOL PICKUP: You do NOT have to attend the school to be picked up there. That is just where the instructor is. 2pm appointments are for students who CAN START AT 2:00 not 2:06, 2:26, 2:45.
- GETTING YOUR TEMPS APPLICATION (MV3001): Once you schedule your first behind the wheel lesson we will mail you the form that you will need to take to the DMV to get your instruction permit. Choose a lesson that is a week or two after you plan to go DMV.
- LESSON FREQUENCY: Plan to do one lesson every 2 or 3 weeks until they are completed. DO NOT GET BEHIND. If you are behind on your lessons you are behind for your road test. Immediately after you complete a lesson, schedule the next.
- ONE LESSON AT A TIME: Our scheduling system only allows you to schedule one lesson at a time. You must wait until you complete your lesson before you request another appointment.
- KC'S MAY CANCEL YOUR BTW: KC's may cancel BTW lessons for a variety of reasons. Things like adverse driving conditions, instructor illness, vehicle malfunctions or other. Check your email, text or our web page for last minute updates about the status of BTW's.
- NO SHOWS, NO TEMPS OR LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS: If you don't show up or do not have your temps or cancel with short notice, we still MUST pay our instructor. As a result you will have a $20 fee due at your next lesson. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
- CLASS MAKE UP: Remember that if you have classes to make up you must do so in order to receive your completion certificate at your 6th BTW.
- IF YOU CAN NOT FIND AN OPENING: Cycle through the various pick up locations. You can do a lesson from any pick up location listed.

Appointments always last 2 hours and sometimes we are a few minutes late dropping you off. Hartland-The Hartland location is no longer. All Hartland lessons will now begin and end at the Mullett Ice Center. Arrowhead High School - Meet at the Mullett Ice Center. You are dropped off 2 hours later at the same location. KC's Pewaukee - Picked up at the KC's Pewaukee classroom location 215 Oakton Avenue, Pewaukee 53072. You are dropped off 2 hours later at the same location. Pewaukee High School - Pick up at the PHS main entrance, you are dropped off at the KC's Pewaukee classroom 2 hours later. (215 Oakton Ave, Pewaukee.) Catholic Memorial High School - We pick you up at the main entrance. You are dropped off there 2 hours later. Waukesha North High School - You will be picked up and dropped off at NHS main entrance. Waukesha South High School - You will be picked up and dropped off at SHS main entrance on Roberta Ave by the small U turn around. Waukesha West High School - You will be picked up and dropped off at WHS auditorium entrance |
Remember, you MUST schedule your first Behind the Wheel lesson prior to us signing your paperwork to take to the DMV to get your instruction permit. Choose a lesson that's a week or two AFTER you plan to go to the DMV. We will mail you the form you need as soon as you schedule your lesson.
Hey all, the month of November is a difficult month for BTW's. With all the sports that ended everyone is gobbling up BTW's like mad. However, in December there will be lot's of openings. We are adding more instructors and there won't be as many classes going on. If you have found yourself behind on your BTW's send us an email and we will do what we can to help you get caught up.
