If you took classroom somewhere OTHER than KC's Driving School and you would like to do your Behind the Wheel lessons with us, please follow the steps below.

1. Print the attachment below (Enrollment Document) and fill it out and mail it the KC's location that you are interested in taking BTW (Hartland/Pewaukee/Waukesha, Watertown or Oconomowoc)
2. Include a copy of your Classroom Completion on school letterhead or State Certificate of Completion from the school where you took classroom. The letter must indicate that you completed 30 hours of driver's ed classroom.
3. Include a completed copy of the mv3001 attached below.
   
4. Include a check for $275.

Once we receive the documents and payment, we will allow you to schedule your 1st Behind the wheel lesson. After you schedule your first lesson we will mail you the mv3001 with our signature for you to take to the DMV in order to get your instruction permit.
